  • All services offered (conference registrations, abstract submissions, accommodation assistance if applicable, and participation access) are considered digital in nature.

2. Delivery of Registration Confirmation

  • Once the registration payment is successfully processed, delegates will receive a confirmation email and receipt at their registered email address within 24 hours.
  • This email serves as proof of registration and contains important details regarding participation.

3. Delivery of Conference Materials

  • Before the Event: Delegates will receive relevant information such as the conference program, venue details, joining instructions (for online sessions, if any), and speaker updates via email prior to the conference start date.
  • During the Event: Items like conference badges, participation certificates, and conference kits (if applicable) will be provided onsite at the registration/help desk.

4. Electronic Access Credentials

  • For virtual or hybrid events, participants will be provided login credentials or access links to join the online sessions.
  • These will be sent via email at least 48 hours before the event.

5. Failure to Receive Communication

  • If you do not receive confirmation emails or event access details within the specified timelines, please check your spam/junk folder.
  • If the issue persists, contact us immediately at info@vartusgroup.org
  • with your payment reference number for quick resolution.

6. Address & Shipping Clarification

  • As our services are delivered digitally or handed over onsite, no courier/shipping address is required during registration.
  • All official communication will be sent only to the email address provided during registration.
