Terms and Conditions

By registering for and/or participating in this conference, the participant (“Delegate”) hereby acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Alterations to Program, Date, or Venue

The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to make any changes or modifications to the program, schedule, dates, speakers, venue, or any other aspect of the conference as may be deemed necessary.

2. Force Majeure & Events Beyond Control

The Organizer shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay, alteration, postponement, substitution, or cancellation of the conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather events
  • War, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, or industrial disputes
  • Civil disturbances, sabotage, or hostilities
  • Governmental restrictions, public health emergencies, or pandemics
  • Accidents, fire, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Right of Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the conference at any time due to unavoidable or unforeseeable circumstances. In such an event, the Organizer shall bear no further liability or obligation to the Delegate, financial or otherwise.

4. Postponement & Registration Validity

In the event that the conference is postponed for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, all registrations shall remain valid and will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled dates or to the next edition of the conference. Under such circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

5. Communication of Cancellation or Postponement

Should the conference be cancelled or postponed, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to communicate such information, including but not limited to, publishing notices on the official event website or by email notifications. Delegates are solely responsible for checking such updates prior to attending.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer, its employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Any personal injury, illness, or death sustained by a Delegate,
  • Any loss or damage to personal property,
  • Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages incurred, whether during, prior to, or following the conference.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Organizer is legally registered. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
